Men buy products online and apply them to scalps they have never had read. They roll needles into skin they cannot diagnose. They mix serums on top of conditions they cannot name. Psoriasis is treated as dryness. Dermatitis is treated as buildup. Fungal infections are treated as poor hygiene. Eczema is treated with the wrong oil. The follicle can pay the price, and when the damage continues for too long, some of that loss may not be reversible.

Trichology at SKILLS is the discipline of looking before acting. The scalp is read with care, the condition is assessed, and the route forward is decided on what is actually present, not on what the client guessed, and not on what a brand sold him last month. For post-transplant support, hair density boosters, and structural follicle care, ingredients are selected according to the condition, the surrounding skin, and the intended outcome, never according to what is trending on the shelf.

This is not a medical service and I do not pretend it is. When the condition belongs to a dermatologist, I say so and refer. The discipline is in knowing where my line ends, and refusing to cross it for the sake of a service fee.
