The Method
The Method is the structure I built to decide whether the work should happen at all. It governs how a face is read, how a condition is observed, how a request is questioned, and how a judgement is reached before a single decision is executed.
This framework exists because men rarely arrive asking the right question. They ask for a haircut, a beard, a treatment, or a correction. The real work is understanding whether the request aligns with the face, the condition, the lifestyle, the maintenance required, and the long-term consequence that follows.
Across grooming, scalp health, facial treatments, pigmentation, chemical services, and aesthetic procedures, execution is the smallest part of the work. Observation comes first. Judgement comes second. Only then does the procedure begin.
Without it, there is service.
With it, there is standard.
